Strategic I/O Psychologist

JT Frazier M.A.

From an early age, I knew I wanted to help people. While my classmates dreamed of becoming astronauts and firefighters, my goal was to guide those who weren’t sure what they wanted to be. That passion led me to Industrial/Organizational Psychology, where I discovered a way to support both individuals and organizations through training, development, talent acquisition, and HR best practices. Earning my Master's in I/O Psychology from Louisiana Tech and completing an internship at CenturyLink provided a strong foundation for my career. For eight years, I worked in staffing, HR, and compliance, continuously expanding my expertise. I found immense fulfillment in advising recruiting teams and ensuring best practices. With that experience, I set out to build something of my own—thus, JAJG was born! At JAJG, we help small businesses establish HR policies, hire top talent, train employees, and analyze workplace satisfaction to enhance performance and motivation. Unlike larger firms, we prioritize true connection and personalized support, making you feel like we’re part of your own team. Running a business can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. Talent Acquisition and Staffing Professional

Abbey Frazier

With almost 7 years of experience working in the staffing industry, Abbey has honed her skills in matchmaking for clients and talent, as well as provided HR support and consulting to her clients. As a Certified Christian Life Coach, she has an eye for problem solving--both personally and professionally for clients. Abbey has worked in both administrative and professional recruiting to place talent across the Birmingham metro, and seeks to bring her talent acquisition, contract negotiating, resume building, and culture building/retention skills to your organization to better find you the right fit the first time. Abbey's desire to provide long lasting value with long term placements, organizational development and strengthening, and employee development is driven by her motivation to "work as unto the Lord". She's presented at womens' conferences to educate on social media marketing, branding, and development for female owned small businesses, and has a heart for seeing women succeed in the workplace.
